Blue Note Winds is very proud to present you with this incredibly special 57,xxx, 1955Selmer Mark vi alto sax. This horn is incredibly well preserved and about as close to new as you could ever find. Premium collectors grade, all original, 99% original lacquer, and American assembled and engraved. The neck has the matching serial number and is also in perfect condition. This horn has recently has a full overhaul and and is playing beautifully from top to bottom. No past repairs or dent work to speak of and even comes with the original case that is in equally as mint condition as the horn. These first year mark vi’s play with a gorgeous, warm, singing quality and have the unmistaken tonal qualities that these early 5 digit horns are famed for!
