Antique 19th C Rococo Design French Textile in the Softest Pale, Faded, Timworn, Raspberry Red!
An absolute beautiful design!! Depicting farm life with young girl holding a rake in a fruit orchard with a watering can nearby, pots of roses a ladder perched against a tree, a hunting scene with dogs and sheep, trailing roses, blossoms, acanthus leaves, doves, baskets of flowers, flower embellished straw hats, bow and arrows and flowers and foliage throughout. Simply irresistible!
Faded to a beautifully soft, pale raspberry red.
Light weight, fine tight weave, 100 % cotton.
The Stunning Rococo design is printed in a medium ~ small scale.

Condition: This antique textile is in very good condition overall without any issues other than overall lovely timeworn appeal and significant fading. Faded to a beautiful soft pale red raspberry tone overall, with a deeper fading toward the right side of the entire length ~ see third to last photo no. showing the right side folded against the left side to see the vast difference. Noticed some very pale toning pale yellow areas within the left side only when held to the light. The right edge has a narrow sew line present.There are a few tiny pinholes and a few very small holes (one near the selvedge) noticed held to the light.
