This lot of 9 vintage USA airmail (mostly) first flight covers showcase a range of denominations from 1/2-cent to 10 cents and were issued between 1927 and 1949.
Each cover is postmarked with both machine and hand cancels.
The event covers commemorate various first flights, as collected by an enthusiast, purchased at an estate sale. There is a 1927 cover from Chicago to Canada, but the rest are to / from within the United States.
