We pride ourselves on providing a fast, efficient service and therefore all orders will be shipped within 1 or 2 working days of being placed.
Express orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same working day.
All orders are shipped using a tracked service and customers will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery window by email to the address you have specified at checkout.
When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
Standard service orders will be dispatched within 1 or 2 days on 2 day service. You should expect to receive these within 3 to 5 days of placing your order.
Express orders received before 2pm will be despatched the same day or the next working day if placed over a weekend. These will then be received the next working day after that.
Highlands & Islands will incur a £10 surcharge due to restraints from our carrier. This will be billed separately via PayPal.

RETURNING UNSUITABLE OR UNWANTED ITEMS
If you simply change your mind, we are happy to accept returned products for refund within 30 days, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition with the original packaging (also in perfect condition), tags, labels and accessories. Items returned damaged, or in damaged packaging, cannot be refunded in full, a discretionary charge will be taken. Unwanted items must be returned at your own cost, we suggest always using a tracked postage service for smaller items, or for larger items, a courier service such as www.parcel2go.com

RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS Should any of our products fall below the high standards we expect, please return them within 30 days with your receipt and we will happily exchange or refund them. Exchange products under these circumstances will be delivered free of charge.

Return carriage for faulty items must be arranged via our customer services team, other arrangements cannot be reimbursed. To organise this please contact us on sales@wowcamping.co.uk
