*DELIVERY: we use Royal Mail services to deliver items (2nd class). Usually, it takes 2 - 3 working days to receive goods. If the item is not received within 10 working days, it does count as lost, and then we are able to issue you a refund. If you have not received the item after 10 days of postage, please contact us so we can file a claim towards Royal Mail and issue you a full refund at the same time.

Return & Exchange Policy  

Please inspect the item on arrival and report any defects straight away (You have 2 days to contact us for returning it from the date you received it. If this item is in your possession for more than 2 days, it is considered as used, and we will not issue you any refund or replacement). Please provide a picture of the damaged item.

All returned items must be in the original packaging, and you must provide us with tracking number, reason for the returns, and your eBay ID.

We will refund you upon receipt of the item in its original condition ( but NOT include the shipping fee we paid for the item) after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay.

       Return shipping should be paid by the buyer.
