This looks to be an unused or lightly used non plated Trumpet Mouthpiece.  

The markings on the mouthpiece are:  VINCENT BACH CORP. NEW YORK 7C.  The inscription is in straight caps.

Mouthpiece is in great shape.  Just a few small scratches / nicks on rim.  This mouthpiece will require plating/
