Fred Haise signed and handwritten copy of the Apollo 13 Flight Plan notes, part of the meticulous record keeping that Haise, James Lovell and Jack Swigert had to perform in order to re-enter Earth's atmosphere safely after the Apollo 13 oxygen tank explosion. Notes, including pencil calculations, are a modern copy, with Haise handwriting at top in blue felt-tip: "These calculations were made about 2 hours after the explosion. If the numbers had note been correct, our recovery could have been different! / Fred Haise / Apollo 13 LMP." Single sided page measures 9" x 6.875" on flexible card stock. Near fine condition.
