Preowned in good condition with no rips, tears or stains-  black lining at the base of legs has an elastic hem that has some areas where the seam has broken, but it could be sewn up to secure it. There are some light stains and small scrapes / tears near the ankles. They are still functional for wearing to chore or play in snow;
