These are small dog brand NEW holiday pajamas bought from Etsy. These have a high neck and full length legs. Bought for a Yorkie mix that was a tad too long. Absolutely adorable! Length is 17” (not including neckline) chest 18”, neck is 12”. These would fit a Chihuahua sized dog.
