Our keycaps are 100% handmade from the design, making them durable and eye-catching. Each keycap is unique, so the keycaps you receive may not be 100% the same as shown in the picture. They are available in resin and are compatible with Cherry MX keyboards. They make a great gift for yourself or a loved one.

Please note that the price is only for one optional plastic keycap, and the keyboard is not included. All keycaps are included.

We do not accept order cancellations, and we do not offer refunds if you “don’t like” the keycap. However, if you have a problem with the keycap or it is broken, we will be happy to fix it for you for a small fee.

Here are the shipping details:

• Processing time: We need 5-7 days if the product is in stock or 10-15 working days if the product is sold out. Processing time may be longer for pre-orders or during the off season.
• Worldwide shipping: The receiver kindly gives his/her phone number for customer support and avoids any delivery problems.
• Delivery time: We will update the tracking number once the package is shipped. Tracking information will be updated when the package arrives in the destination country. Delivery time may be earlier or later than expected due to epidemics, overcrowding, bad weather, customs checking, etc. We will urge and support you when your order arrives.
