Ortez???, Estate sold in Massachusetts  in Worcester area auction house , ,roughly  19 1/2 inches  high X  15 1/2 inches  wide  inside 18 inches high X  little over 14 inches  wide  , no tears could be matted and good wiping inside  for dirt specks at bottom last 2 pictures , sat in storage 4 years
