Vintage 1989 Tonka TK123 Bandai Ranger Boat. Two seats and motor. Has wheel on the bottom that makes noise as rolled. Can be used on land or bathtub.

Measures about 6” long and 3” at the tallest part, the top of the front seat.

There is discoloration on the white base.
