We are only open during our business hours which are as follows

Monday – Friday    9AM – 5PM

Saturday and Sunday    Closed

          This will cause a delay in responding to messages and offers outside of these hours

Feedback

We try our hardest to offer an excellent service and value for money on our ebay store, however sometimes we may get it wrong. Please contact us to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback, most issues are easily resolved.

Returns

Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 14 day return period. Please check your item within 14 days, notifying us of any problems. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

VAT

We are a UK VAT registered company and a VAT invoice will be available with each purchase.

Postage Items

We use Parcelforce express to send all our items, please refer to the estimated delivery time in the listing to find out when your item will come. Most items are on a next day service

Warranty & Guarantee

Many of our items (advertised as used) have come from companies in administration. These items are tested and any defects described in the listing. These items are not sold with any warranty or guarantee unless stated otherwise.

All items we sell advertised as new come with warranty, any problems please contact us and we will be happy to help
