RARE PAIR ANTIQUE BOURNE DENBY ELECTRIC BLUE STONEWARE JUG PITCHER CRICH SHAPE 9.5” DANESBY WARE

This antique pair of Bourne Denby stoneware jugs in the appealing cylindrical shape features a stunning electric blue pattern and angular handles that are sure to catch the eye. They have a chocolate brown glazed extended foot and subtly flared matching rim. Made in England in the 1920s, these original pieces are a testament to the craftsmanship of the era and would make a beautiful addition to any collection of decorative cookware and tableware, and eye-pleasing vases.

MEASUREMENTS: Height 9.5” x 4” base diameter and 5” widest diameter to include handle and lip.

CONDITION: Excellent condition with no damage. Just to note that there is one tiny area on the top of one of the handles has not been glazed. This would have been done at the time of firing. It was sold as first quality so adds to the individually hand made character of these beautiful pieces of art pottery. Please see photos.
