The Ibanez FRH10N is a nylon electric guitar developed with these concepts in mind.
The natural nylon string sound that envelops the player when played acoustically, and the new-age distorted nylon sound when plugged in, will add a new dimension to your playing experience.
A new model has been added to the lineup with a rose and indigo metallic matte color on the top of the body.
FR shape hollow body with side ports (w/fan bracing)
Based on the single-cut Ibanez original FR shape, this hollow body is approximately 50mm thick with fan bracing on the top (front face), which is common on classical guitars.
There is no sound hole on the front side of the body, but there is a sound port on the player side of the body.
This design allows the player to experience the natural nylon sound with less discomfort compared to electric guitars.
46mm wide nut / 400mm R fingerboard
The width of the nut is between that of a standard classical guitar and an electric guitar, and the fingerboard has a 400mm radius.
This specification is intended for electric guitar players to realize smooth fingering.
The string height is a little lower than that of a classical guitar.
Ibanez T-bar under-saddle pickups
The piezo pickup installed under the saddle is an original pickup that is resistant to noise and produces a natural sound with a wide range.
The unique design of extending the wiring from the center of the pickup allows the pressure balance from each string to be equalized, sending a well-balanced signal.
