Brand new, never used Ruffoni Italy Opus Cupra clad stainless steel 3.5 quart stockpot. Beautiful stainless steel pot with aluminum core. Alternating layers of steel and aluminum transfers heat efficiently and eliminates hot spots. 

Stay cool handles are secured with a lovely leaf designed set of double handles and stainless steel rivets. Clear glass lid rimmed in stainless steel allows for easy visualization of anything you’re cooking. Glass is tempered. A lovely pineapple finial secured with a heavy rivet tops the lid and is easy to grasp. The hand hammered band around the pot provides durability as well as a beautiful look to the pot. 

Ruffoni Italy is revered for their extraordinary copper pans. They also now produce a collection of Stainless Steel clad cookware with the highest level of quality and artistry. This pot works exceptionally well for braising, cooking smaller cuts of meat, cooking soups, chowders, chili, baking casseroles and making stocks.
