Offered is a genuine hand woven, Native American, blanket,style, wool vest, in fine condition. It was Made in USA on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation in Oregon, by NAIKA, Native American Crafts & Apparel. Constructed of 100% wool, with an acetate lining. This is like new, with no damage to note. Hand woven from a blend of natural, black, gray, white, & beige wools. Has an inner, left hand, chest pocket, & hand hammered buffalo nickel buttons, secured by two leather straps that can be opened from either side. The top two show the face of the nickel, and the bottom, the buffalo. Have owned this vest for over about 15 years, but rarely wore it, & now it's just too large for me. In mint condition, it exhibits no signs of use. The tag stated size is a Large. The chest measures 22" from armpit to armpit, & 29" from the neckline to the tails, which would correlate with a 44, or a men's size Large, but this could be worn by anyone. A unique opportunity to own a OOAK piece of hand crafted Native American apparel. A rare item, that took me a long time to find. Not another like it available anywhere!
