Large Chunky Natural Earth Mined Rough Tumbled Amethyst Necklace measuring approximately 22 1/2 inches in length and weighing approximately 477.80 TCW (101.14 total grams). The beads graduate in size from approximately 8 - 16 mm and are accented and alternate with 4 mm round brass beads. They are very dark purple in color and are finished with a screw barrel clasp. The photo in my hand shows the beads in direct overhead light to show the variation of color, but they are VERY DARK purple in most lighting. A great piece for anytime wear and for those who love amethyst, also the birthstone for February.

My father and my husbands father brought back many lovely pieces of jewelry, porcelain, clothing, perfumes, and household items to their new and future brides upon their return from Europe after WWII.
