The Glimmer collection from Maxim features frames of rings with beveled clear (crystal?) beads/orbs within the rings.  This piece will enhance the atmosphere of any room as candlelight flickers through the beads.  

This is 12" high, and 4" wide at the base.  The "cup" portion is 4 1/2" inches tall and 3" wide at the top.  It would be suitable for a short or taller votive, and also a ball candle.

I see no flaws on this piece, other than a few marks in the silver, right underneath the "cup" (see photos)
