Hello and thanks for checking out this listing of a used Trek Domane AL fork for your compatible rim brake road bike! I discovered this fork in the back stock of a high-end bicycle shop as it ceased operating, it will come to you in the very good used condition seen in the included photographs.
Made for the Trek Domane AL, compatible with rim brake road frames that call for a tapered 1.5" to 1-1/8" steerer tube and compatibility with 100mm spaced quick release wheels and direct-mount rim brakes. The alloy steerer tube measures a generous 329mm in length from the crown race to the end of the steerer. 48mm rake, for 700c wheels.
Axle to crown measurement is 385mm, meaning tire clearance is MAXED out at 30mm rubber.
A WORD ON FITMENT: This is a used fork, so YES the steerer has been cut. If this seems obvious to you, congratulations on being among the minority of cyclists who understand that forks are produced with *very* long steerers which are then cut down. Measure the combined length of your head tube, spacers, and stem to determine if it is long enough for your application.
Overall condition is a solid 6 out of 10 with typical signs of prior installation and use. Carbon fiber and alloy are fully intact, finish shows scratches and dings consistent with moderate to heavy use. The outside of the right fork leg presents better than the left, which has seen its fair share of leaning-bike-Instagram-posts.
