Dale Earnhardt's #3 "Silver Anniversary" Monte Carlo Limited Edition 1 0f 100 Kit # 9403

This kit is a mystery!  You want to talk about confusing!  Maybe someone in Ebay world knows something about this kit.

We picked up this kit at a raffle years ago and have kept it all these years.  It got stored away and forgotten about until now.

It looks like it may be a promotional kit advertising all the different companies listed on the box (GM, Goodwrench, Quick Lube Plus, Monte Carlo, AC, Chevrolet (Bowtie), and Food City).

I have tried researching this kit and have come up with nothing.

The box says kit #9403 and that it is a Limited Edition 1 of 100.

On the instruction sheet across the top of it says 1995 "Goodwrench" Silver Chevy Monte Carlo #9515.

And then, lower on the instuction sheet it says Kit #2447 "Goodwrench".

The kit appears to be complete. 

When we got it years ago, all the parts were loose in the box.  We separated all the parts and bagged them separately. We wrapped the glass parts in tissue to keep them from getting scratched, that is why you see them the way they are in the photos.

The instructions, along with the decals, were also put into a separate plastic bag for protection.  In photo 11, you can see the decals being held up to the light so you can see them.

I will unwrap the wrapped parts and take additional photos if anyone wants to make sure they are okay.
