The generation 2 replacement lids are manufactured using five axis CNC to ensure a good fit to the Weltron 2005/2007 shroud. The edge is chamfered to match the shroud and the three hinge holes are pre-drilled, making installation easier. Installation instructions are available on YouTube below

I have another listing that includes the re-engineered hinge, this one is for the lid only and does not include the re-engineered hinge. This listing is for the Electric Pink lid.
