Mostly complete but not quite. Good used condition with some dust and a bit of sticker residue. Battery compartment is rusted on one side but it has been tested, and the lights and sounds still work. The smokestacks are broken off as you can see in the photos. Overall a good used toy. Fun to transform because it holds together well.
