This is Registered Collection Buckle # BW-1805, a heavy, solid brass buckle with darkened accents, made by Heritage Mint Ltd., in 1978. It is in pretty decent condition condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-3/8" x 2-5/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 6 oz.
