This is a Price Pfister 015-3WDX Diverter Valve. The box has been opened but the valve has not been used. Please note, there is a blemish inside the out outlet on one of the fittings, see close-up photo. I don't this will cause a sealing/leaking issue, but I am not a professional plumber and am not sure, you make the call. This goes as is and no returns.
