2.The only thing you can tap from the 7pin trailerconnector is the ground and reverse, the other's will trigger 'trailer connected.'
3.lt doesn't matter what vehicle or light bar it has. All 2015+ Fords will detect when a trailer is plugged into the wiring harness. Regardless if it's the 4 or 7pin. It is why any additional lights on the rear have to be triggered by the tail light circuit.
