Drives come as follows:
  1. May have OEM labeling, writing, residue from tape etc., but have been tested and are in working order.
  2. Drive received will be the one pictured, except when buying models with multiple quantities.
  3. Models with multiple drives available will sell best ones first (ranked by lowest days used) and one pictured last. Otherwise you are getting the drive pictured when only one is available or is the last one.
  4. ALL drives are erased using either Enhanced Security Erase, Security Erase, or DoD 3 Pass Erase, depending on what methods the drive will support. A printout of the erase will be included with each drive that were supported. (A few older drives may not have a printout but are erased via HDSP instead)
  5. Erased drives will NOT have a partition. They will be BLANK. You need to configure the drive for your particular use!
  6. Printout will be manually labeled with days used and percentage of health remaining according to Hard Disk Sentinel Pro.
  7. Drives that fail to erase, have bad sectors, data transfer errors recorded, or health below 100% will NOT be in this listing.

All drives are listed with free shipping and 30 day returns!  This pricing is based on packaging, shipping costs and time testing/wiping drive. The prices may be adjusted over time depending on average costs for shipping and packaging. 
My prices might be a bit higher than some sellers, but I guarantee them to be functioning when they leave here.

Those buying multiple drives will have their drives wrapped in foam individually within the shipping container, and may come boxed instead. You also get discounts on buying multiple drives!

Returns/Warranty for this listing:

This listing has a 30 day return available and will cover you if there is a problem on arrival (DOA).

THERE IS NO WARRANTY! (see below for warranty policy).  These are used/recycled drives. I do my best to ensure you are getting a functioning drive.  But that's the limit of my capability. Any problems with item after it arrives within the 30 day period, please contact me first before initiating a return to ensure you are taken care of in the best possible way! I will do what I can to help you with a problem if there happens to be one.

Return Policy:

Unless otherwise stated in the main description above, item(s) will have a 30 day return period.  For any item being sold AS-IS and no returns offered, there is a return option for the item if the item is not as described in the above listing.  These return options will require the return of the item!  In most cases, a return label can be requested or may be provided.

Please note that all serial numbers or identifiers on an item are recorded and sent through the eBay messaging system.  All purchases are photographed during packaging and a copy is sent to the buyer directly through the eBay messaging system prior to the package being handed to a shipping carrier.

Warranty Policy:

Beyond the 30 day return period stated above, there is no express or implied warranty provided by either the manufacturer or myself for any items listed regardless of condition.  Items listed as “New” does not mean “New with warranty”.  There are no extended warranty offerings from myself, however eBay may offer purchasable warranties when buying an item.  Those warranties are covered by that plan and are not affiliated with me, nor do I have anything to do with how they work.

Shipping:

Shipping varies with the listings, but some offer free shipping, others have shipping costs shown.  Some listings may have alternate shipping options. Please review the shipping tab for details on any of these. I do have shipping discounts setup for most listings if purchasing from more than one listing.

My shipping cut off times:  Monday through Friday, 11AM Eastern Time.  Saturday 9AM Eastern Time.  Occasionally I may be out of the office. If you purchase while I’m out, I may send you a message indicating when your package will be processed and shipped.  All shipments are processed and shipped out within 24-36 hours (often on the same day) Monday through Saturday other than any holidays of course.

Questions, please message me directly.  Response to questions can take up to 12 hours, but usually I respond within an hour or so.  If for some reason I don’t answer after 12 hours, your account may be automatically blocked if your account has any restrictions that fall within the block requirements for eBay. (too many non-payment strikes, location, etc.)

Purchasing requirements:

Please pay right away if winning an auction that I have listed.  eBay will automatically cancel your item after 4 days and may give you a non-payment strike as a result.  I will send an invoice approximately 24 hours after the auction ends, and within 24 hours of the expiration of your time to purchase before eBay automatically cancels the sale.

Buy it Now – This is set to require immediate payment by default.  Many of the listings that also support Make an Offer will have that available as well.  If trying to purchase multiple items from different listings and want to combine to save shipping and this causes an issue, message me for assistance.

Those looking to buy need to be aware, I do not sell to anyone outside the US.  I review bidders periodically in my auctions for country of origin and will block you if you are not from the US. I have had many bid that end up not paying when winning the item, costing me a sale and someone that would pay an item.  If you have no intention to buy, then don’t bid!
