Natural Colors of Autumn reminiscent of fall leaves, burnt oranges and browns with light orange yellows and creams. Beautiful, skilled graduation of hues and colors woven as squares yet one entire piece measuring 29” x 30” and 40” diagonally.
Unused, was stored in a gift box in tissue paper, like new condition.

The Irish Republic was an unrecognised revolutionary state that declared its independence from the United Kingdom in January 1919.
The blanket was produced in the Irish Republic. If we take those two words, in that order, at face value, that means we can possibly date this blanket's creation to sometime between 1919 to 1922. That's when the Irish Republic (Saorstát Éireann) was in its short period of existence, to be replaced by the Irish Free State and Northern Ireland, under the Partition of Ireland.
Preloved excellent new unused condition.
