The item is used in good working condition. Thescreen. has a small scratch. Pls referpictures for details. Also, there aresmall /scuffs as result of normal use.  Tablet, charger and cable are included noother accessories. For Wi-Fi use only.  Thetablet supposed to be unlocked but I have never put a SIM card in it,Therefore, I am not sure that it will work with any phone carrier.
