This green skull model was a favorite of Children of Bodom frontman Alexi Laiho.
The basic specs are similar to the ESP model, with a through-neck construction, Floyd Rose tremolo, and EMG's HZ-FH2 pickups,

The cutaway on the 1st string side has been lowered compared to previous models, and the fingerboard has been scalloped from the 20th to 24th frets,
The depth of the cutaway, combined with the scalloped fingerboard from the 20th to the 24th frets, improves the playability of the high frets.
On the body back is the initials "COBHC", which stands for "Children Of Bodom Hate Crew"!
And this time, the green pinstripe has a large illustration of a skull.
The inlay on the fingerboard seems to be made of luminescent material, so it will come to life in the dark.
Comes with a soft case.

The MM-04 is a preamp booster developed exclusively for Children of Bodom guitarist Alexi Laiho, and is a key element in creating his trademark sharp sound.
Developed in collaboration with ESP and MUSAMAAILMA, the ESP distributor in his native Finland, the preamp consists of four preset frequency switches and a gain control.
This preamp has the exact same specifications as the world's leading guitarists who are searching for the heaviest rock sound today.
The treble cut bandwidth can be preset by operating the dip switch on the main unit.
The trimmer pot on the base allows you to adjust the amount of boost. The minimum boost is about +4.5dB. At maximum, it can be boosted by about +18dB.
The alexilaiho setting is 2+4 ON, and the amount of boost is from 5 to 8.
