This fancy thermostat was recently sold and installed by another local company and this particular customer was not happy with their service or their product. The customer is an older couple and did not particularly need or like any of the features this thermostat has. We removed it for them and installed a basic thermostat. It was only used for a short period of time and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. The customer saved the original box and instructions and they are included.

Please be aware that the name of the other company who originally sold this to the customer is imprinted on the face of the thermostat and it has been blurred in the picture shown.
