important NOTE:
The adhesive pads are extremely sticky. We expressly recommend that you carefully loosen the protective film at one corner with a cutter knife and then pull it off with your fingernails, after the adhesive pad was mounted and allowed to ignite its adhesive power for at least 24 hours!

The adhesive pads are made from large rolls of industrial adhesive tape, so that each adhesive pad is unique and therefore varies visually (not in terms of dimensions and quality!).

Nevertheless, there are important aspects that must be taken into account in order to achieve the desired result.
If you have no experience with the bonding of
3M tapes, I will be happy to email you detailed instructions upon request.
Otherwise, the most important information is listed here in bullet form:
- The surfaces must be dry, free from dust, oil, oxides, release agents and other contaminants
- The most favorable processing temperature (object and ambient temperature) is between +15°C and +25°C
- Pressure: The strength of the bond is directly dependent on the contact that the adhesive has with the surfaces to be bonded. A short, high pressure ensures good surface contact.
- Depending on the adhesive system, the dwell time until the final adhesion is reached can be 72 hours. The final adhesive strength can be reached more quickly by applying pressure and/or heating
