important NOTE:
The adhesive pads stick extremely strongly. We expressly recommend carefully removing the protective film at one corner with a cutter knife and then peeling it off with your fingernails. after the adhesive pad was installed and was able to ignite its adhesive power for at least 24 hours!

The adhesive pads are made from large industrial rolls of adhesive tape, so that each adhesive pad is unique and therefore varies visually (not in terms of dimensions and quality!).

However, there are important aspects that must be taken into account so that the result is as desired.
If you have no experience with bonding
If you have 3M adhesive tapes, I will be happy to send you detailed instructions by email upon request.
Otherwise, the most important information is listed here in bullet points:
- The surfaces must be dry and free of dust, oil, oxides, release agents and other contaminants
- The most favorable processing temperature (object and ambient temperature) is between +15°C and +25°C
- Pressure: The strength of the bond is directly dependent on the contact that the adhesive has with the surfaces to be bonded. A short, high pressure ensures good surface contact.
- Depending on the adhesive system, the residence time until the final adhesive strength is achieved can be 72 hours. The final adhesive strength can be achieved more quickly through pressure and/or heating,
