SHIPPING:

Once an item has been purchased, please email or message your contact telephone number for shipping purposes.

UK Mainland and Northern Ireland - Postage is free.

Republic of Ireland (ROI), Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and off-shore Islands (eg; Shetland Isle, Isle of Man) - Postage costs will apply, please contact LMT Car Parts before purchase for a quote, via eBay messages.

International Shipping - We offer both eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) where applicable, and other international courier services. For a courier quote please provide your full address and contact telephone number.

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you, items are packaged to the highest quality.

Please inspect all parts prior to signing to check for damage in transit, if the courier refuses, simply ask the driver to sign as 'DAMAGED'. This is to ensure that if need be, a  claim can be made to the courier if the item is damaged. 

Payments:

Payments are accepted by PayPal, Credit/Debit card or Cheque. If paying by Cheque, funds will need to be cleared before the item is dispatched. 

Returns:

All parts are stamped/marked by LMT Car Parts for authenticity.

Genuine faulty items will be replaced or money refunded, however the customer must contact LMT Car Parts and advise them of the faulty items upon receipt of them. Photographs of the item and/or packaging must be provided to show damage/fault.

No replacement or refund will be issued until the faulty item has been received by LMT Car Parts.

In the event that an item is supplied correctly but the customer does not need the part or has ordered in error, LMT Car Parts must be contacted within 48 hours and the part returned within 7 days.
