2) I will ship this item to U.S locations for $ 9.00. I'm currently a part of the eBay international shipping program. I'm not responsible for charging for international packages so I can not quote any international buyers. Please do not email me for a quote if you are outside of the U.S.
3) I will combine shipping on most items that will can be safely packaged together. If you can't ask for an adjustment after you agree to buy, I will refund you as soon as I finish the shipping label process. All of my items are shipped through ebay labels and you will get tracking information as soon as I print it out.
