Vintage, with minimal signs of use.
This CEM-E12A Monitor was tested to power on and was connected to an Extron video and audio test generator. The image does have a tiny flutter typical of items of this vintage, but it requires a professional diagnostic tool to see. When displaying content it is not noticeable. The front control panel cover does have one broken hinge, but still works and is attached.
This is a vintage item. It was tested at time of listing and shown to be in the condition described above. However, due to the age of this item, we cannot guarantee continued functionality and it is being sold "as-is."
