Items paid for before 1 PM (EST) will be shipped on the same business day. Orders received after 1 PM (EST) will be shipped on the following business day.

—Calculated Shipping with FedEx: Standard shipping estimates are calculated using FedEx Ground service to a commercial address. Please note, for an address listed as a residential address in FedEx's directory, eBay/FedEx will add an additional surcharge of a few dollars at checkout for FedEx Home Delivery.

—Expedited Shipping: Please contact us if standard shipping is the only option listed and you need to upgrade to a faster service. We will try to accommodate your needs.

—International Shipping: We ship internationally using eBay's Global Shipping Program.

We accept PayPal payments, credit card payments through PayPal, or cash on pickup (by appointment) from our warehouse in St. Joseph, MI.

Limited Warranty

We (Seller) will refund this item within 30 days of delivery if it is [a] dysfunctional upon arrival (DOA) or [b] not as pictured. We warrant nothing else. Buyer responsible for safety prior to and during use, such as testing/installation by qualified personnel. Seller shall only be liable for the purchase amount; Seller shall not be liable for any damages after purchase.

Returns or Exchanges

Returns dependent upon Seller warranty. Exchanges dependent upon availability. We (Seller) shall arrange return shipping, which we'll pay for warrantied units. Buyer pays return shipping for unwarrantied units. Items must arrive back to us (Seller) undamaged and in the condition in which it was sold—no modification, alterations, etc. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
