We will dispatch as we have promised but collections and deliveries by couriers are not in our control so we hope our customers would understand this situation before their purchase commitments.

For orders to these locations, we may contact you for extra postage or cancel the order.
For the change of mind and warranty claim, we will not offer the return postage.
Please contact us before returning to issue RMA number so we can process the return. We advise you to use recorded delivery for return. We will not be liable for lost of the item in transit during the return. Items need to be packed for transit and make sure all the accessories are included in the return.
Refund will be issued within 2-3 working days of receipt of the returned item.
We aim to answer all questions within 12-24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
