We’ve been selling karaoke since 1988. That’s a long time! When I wanted to put my business phone number in the Yellow Pages the “karaoke” category did not even exist. I had to list the business under “Musical Accompaniment”. I’ve seen a lot of changes in these three decades. The formats that we have used to listen to our music has gone from cassette tapes and Laser Discs to Compact Discs w/Graphics, MP3+G and digital downloads. The good news for those that still have a karaoke cd+g player is that we still have thousands of discs still available, many of them are rare and hard-to-find, such as this one.

This is indeed a great collection of the songs of the amazing John Denver, one of the most successful artists in the 1970's. John Denver was all over the place in the seventies, hosting a variety show and placing song after song into the Top Forty. Many of John's songs often take us back to those simpler times. "My bags are packed and I'm ready to go" from 'Leaving On A Jet Plane' and "You fill up my senses like a night in the forest" from 'Annie's Song' are lyrics that stand the test of time. Included here on this disc is the foot-stompin' fun diddy 'Grandma's Feather Bed', his great hits 'I'm Sorry' and 'Fly Away' (which originally had Olivia Newton-John on the backing vocals), 'Thank God I'm A Country Boy' and many more! Add in the other songs listed below and you've got an awesome collection from John Denver for all to sing! This disc also includes songs that are quite difficult to find, the twenty listed below.
