Gekkou(月光) means flash and Shin(新) means new in Japanese.
The feature of this series is following:

The handle is Oak tree wiped with lacquer.
It is chicquer than the conventional one, and has a sour finish.

Muscle Pull Knife(筋引き) is a long, slender knife that often used as a meat knife.
Because the blade width is narrow, it is a knife used for cutting large blocks of meat along the sinews.
