Pre owned has been used. In overall good condition other than it has a couple of small defects on one of the arms being 2 small clicks of the material please study photos. Other than that there are no other issues that I can see. Zips are all fine. Pit to pit measurement is approximately 18.5 inches. Top to jacket to bottom measurement is approximately 23 inches.
