I am going to make this clear as possible.

The tape on both ends might have been opened because to me they look like glue back to the packaging and I have encountered several sellers who have tried to pull off trying to do this.

That being said, I look at the product through the plastic window and it looks like the original packaging was kept sealed because the figure has no noticeable difference between a new one that hasn’t been removed or is being opened. He does have the hands that have popped out of the figure and are just floating around, however you get 3 different pairs of hands to use if you plan on taking it out of the packaging.

Please note that the packaging is not mint condition and has some flaws as shown in pictures.

Other than that, this is an awesome product that you can see is being Rare and HTF.
