You are bidding on my Ultraman (Type A Mask) Light Up Head - Ultraman Hikari Set 2! This figure stands about 3.5" (inches) tall, fully painted and beautifully detailed. There is a switch on the base that when you turn it the eyes light up! This is a mint, sealed figure in its plastic bag. There is minor assembly required. No box or paper insert. The actual item you will receive is not the item pictured (the one pictured is from my personal collection), I am using the picture above for reference purposes. You will get a figure like the one pictured above.
