Replaces Honda 79670-SL0-A01 (OEM lamps have white plastic, but mine are gray).
This is a kit of 3 lamps (light bulbs) to repair your Honda CR-V, Pilot, S2000, or (early) Odyssey climate control knob lights so you can see at night to select the fan speed, temperature, and heat or a/c mode.

Note these bulbs do not fit the automatic temperature control units (found in some Pilots, etc.).

You will receive 3 incandescent lamps in plastic bases that replace Honda part number 79670-SL0-A01.These lamps are an exact fit, but they have gray plastic, whereas the Honda parts have white plastic. These lamps are made by JKL Components, which I believe is the OEM for Honda. They are rated 14 volts, 100 mA, the same as the Honda lamps. The Honda lamps sell for about $9 each at the dealer.

These bulbs are the larger ones that light up the top portion of the knobs (fan, temperature, mode). The smaller lamps that light the bottom portion (recirc, a/c, defrost) are not included, but they don't burn out so often. They're Honda 79672-S3N-N41, available from dealers; I don't have a source for them.

These lamps fit:
If your climate control looks like mine (pictured), these lamps should fit. Mine is a 2006 CR-V SE (hence the mirror symbol on the defrost button--your vehicle probably only has the window symbol).

The replacement job is less than 30 minutes if you're halfway handy, no soldering or anything difficult. The youtube video "Honda CR-V Climate Control Bulb Replacement" by "All of it" is a nice video to watch to see how it's done. However, there's no reason to remove the radio frame--just start by removing the storage box above the climate control.

How to install:
You'll just need a couple of flat-blade screwdrivers and a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
Be gentle and work slowly. If you're a "bigger hammer" kind of guy, get someone else to do this job. The hardest part is probably  step 1, getting the cover out of the back of the bin.
