Antique Vintage Rare!!! Large Solid brass belt buckle engraved "G.W.R. Div. Supt CARDIFF" for the Great Western Railway. GWR was founded in 1833 to operate trains from London to Cardiff. Consolidation and buyouts created several lines as part of the railway. Division Support in Cardiff managed the mainline from London. This was a line worker's belt buckle. Measures 2.75-inches wide and 3 7/8-inches tall.
