Welcome to my Barbie Store been away awhile but ready to get rid of some of my collection and slightly used barbies,  houses, clothes and shoes.

Note: All photos are of the exact doll or doll sets for sale, please carefully review them. 

Please ask about anything specific on an item prior to purchasing or bidding.  Please remember some of my dolls are deboxed and used but they have been cleaned up and from a home that is pet free and smoke free.

Item or items will be shipped in a padded mailer, unless you request special invoicing for boxed shipping and pay the extra costs associated with boxed shipping.

 

First and foremost, thanks for looking at my store and I have this as a part time hobby.  I have loved Barbie since I was a little girl and my hubby said get a hobby, so I did selling Barbies and collecting them now for over 10 years.  I have been away but I am back now.

When you bid or purchase items you agree to abide by the rules of eBay and my listing terms. See below please.

COMBINED SHIPPING: To create a combined order, please add all the items you want into your cart first, request a total, and wait for invoicing. If the cart is not working, please contact me prior to purchase and I will work towards a solution. 

If you proceed to pay separately, your items will ship separately, as paid for. As a courtesy, I may combine separate payments for domestic buyers. A consolidation fee will be deducted from your refund for each separate payment made to cover extra expenses incurred. I am sorry I cannot extend it to international buyers due to issues that may be created by import thresholds.

USPS determines by shipping rate by your zip code and area you live in.  I cannot, nor do I charge extra fees. Mailing in a standard letter envelope does not allow for delivery confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME: Orders will be posted within one business day of your cleared payment, no exceptions. I am not responsible for stolen, or mishandled mail, so please ensure that you have made arrangements for the safe delivery of your items.

PAYMENT METHOD: I accept instant payments via PayPal only.

SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please make sure that your address is correct on your payment. Changes cannot be made to the address on my end, regardless of any request. If eBay shipping does not recognize your address as valid, your payment will be refunded, and your order canceled.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

I will try to ship most items from PayPal receiving funds within 2 days of purchase and then USPS days for delivery will be what it is which is not under my control. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

First class – packing under 4 pounds and valued under $100 that delivery could take 8 weeks

Priority – Packing over 4 pounds and valued over $100 take an average of 2-4 weeks for delivery  

Please realize I am in the South and if your package has not cleared custom please let me know. Refunds cannot be issued beyond 60 days from your purchase agreement.  If it has been 45 days since payment and your package has yet to arrive, please contact your customs office to see if you missed your clearance notice.

CONDITION DEFINITIONS:

Freshly de-boxed -The item has been removed from box, but not displayed, or played with. Clothing may have marks. Rubber bands may stain or crust in the hair. There are many more possibilities. Doll hair may flatten or require some attention after shipment due to shifting during transit. 

Display only - The item was de-boxed and sat on a shelf.

Gently used, or good condition – this item was fixed and cleaned up by me

In the event that you notice I get the description wrong or need some help on my listings please contact me for clarification so I can correct any errors. 

The term OOAK could be for any doll I sell if you want to turn it into someone else

ENDING AUCTIONS EARLY AND BEST OFFERS:   You are welcome to buy it now items if you want to purchase right away.  Unless the listing has the “Make Offer” button shown, we are not currently accepting offers.

RETURNS:   I am happy to accept returns within the time specified and that they go through the EBay return system and be approved.  Please realize the items need to be returned in the exact condition you received it.   The return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We may elect to reduce restocking fees on items that are returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns that are started greater than 7 days from receipt will be subject to the full restocking fee. Shipping is the buyers responsibility both ways.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

The wrong item is returned to me and the product was switched or altered in any way let alone the original condition.
