This is a high quality metal casting by SK Miniatures. It is in 75mm scale. 

The quality of casting & sculpting is excellent & comparable to other market leading brands such as Andrea Miniatures, Elite, Young Miniatures, Pegaso etc. The model was sculpted by Carl Reid - whose work as a sculptor is well known. Box Art example by DSang-Eon Lee
