All of our items are preloved, vintage & antique. We endeavour to describe the items in as much detail as possible with lots of clear photographs. Any damage will be illustrated / described but please satisfy yourself as to the item condition prior to purchase as you will be liable for the delivery and return costs in the event that you change your mind about an item that is as described. If you would like any further information about a particular product then please contact us before you buy.

If you wish to return an item you must contact us via email as soon as possible and get the item back to us within 30 days. We will help wherever we can with advising collection and return. A full refund of the item(s) sale price will be provided within 5 working days of receipt of safe return of unwanted item(s) in original condition.

Damaged Returns:
Please inspect all goods for any damage upon arrival.

In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in transit please do not sign for goods or take receipt of any items but return them with the delivery driver immediately. Then, Contact Us via email or phone to let us know the item is being returned and why. The full item(s) sale price and delivery cost is fully insured by us (Kernow Furniture Ltd) and will be fully refunded to you (the customer) in full, provided that damage is noted upon attempted delivery to you.
