Returns
14 Day Money Back Guarantee:
- According to The UK’s  Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), a buyer has 14 days to return an item for a  refund - no questions asked.
- You can change your mind for  any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your item, we will be happy to  provide a full refund as long as you follow our returns policy.
Returns Policy:
- For NEW items, you must return them in new and unused condition, in its original packaging and at your own cost within 14days after delivery.
- For PREOWNED items, you must return them in the same packaging and it the exact same condition you have received them in.
- We cannot  accept unwanted and faulty goods for refund after the 14 day cancellation period.
- According to the  Distance Selling Regulation, a buyer that wishes to return goods within the  cancellation period will be under a duty to restore those goods to the supplier  and in the meantime, take reasonable care of them.
- This duty to take  reasonable care ends if the buyer (at his own expense) sends the goods to the  supplier.
