Included is:

- C. Tall Adaptor

- D. *Only 1* Velcro Strap

- E. Packing Strip (2)

- F. Clamp

- J. Multi Tool

What is NOT included that initially was:

- B. Short Adapter

- D. 1 additional Velcro Strip

- G. Short Bolt Set (30mm)

- H. Long Bolt Set (40mm)

- I. Extra Long Bolts (60mm)

Which means, you should be able to attach this to a bike with a horizontal top tube (see no adaptor diagram) OR a bike with a steep or sloping top tube (step-through/mixte, see Tall Adapter diagram) with the parts provided PLUS your own purchase of a nut and bolt that is the proper length to affix the seat. It seems it may also be possible to put the seat on a medium sloping top tube as well, but it would depend upon the specific bike as the recommended short adaptor is missing (see Short Adapter diagram).
